The vast majority of our products are made up of components that can be replaced. In some cases (e.g. catastrophic damage, likely future part failure based on state of remaining components), a whole unit replacement may be recommended.
In the first instance, please get in touch with a Rycote technical specialist via our support pages by opening a support ticket.
The specialist will usually request a photo or photos of the affected product along with a brief description, in order to make the best possible judgement regarding the possibility of repair and/or replacement.
Note: Our products are tested in the harshest conditions; however, please understand that Rycote is not responsible for instances of catastrophic damage during extreme field use, or loss/damage caused directly or indirectly by the user.
